What's the frame like?

Solid painted oak or ash, chosen to complement the antique botanical tones in our collections. Smaller pieces use light oak frames.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Shipping is free on every product, with no minimum order value.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated UK delivery is 2–7 working days from ordering, including production and delivery.

Do you offer discounts on multiple prints?

Sign up and get 10% off your first order, with no limit on basket size. Keep an eye out for ongoing seasonal offers and discounts too.

Will it arrive ready to hang?

Yes — every framed print arrives ready to hang, with hardware included. Unframed prints will need customer to supply correct size frame.

What's your returns policy?

Since every piece is made to order, we're unable to offer returns simply if it doesn't suit your space. However, if your print arrives damaged or defective, we'll happily arrange a refund or replacement. In these cases, you'd need to cover the cost of sending the item back.

Are your prints physical products or digital downloads?

All of our prints are physical, made to order, and arrive ready to hang. They come in solid painted oak or ash frames — our smaller 6x8 pieces feature light oak frames.

Is this original art, hand-painted, or AI-generated?

Our designs are original, drawing on dark academia and Gothic Victorian botanical style. They're AI-generated, but carefully curated and designed by hand by us, then sent to our premium print supplier for production.
